Waynetown, Nov 23 - Mrs. Louisa Hutts Whitaker, 66 years of age, died Wednesday morning at her home in Beach, North Dakota where she has lived for the past 16 years.  Mrs. Whitaker was born near Wallace, Ind and was the daughter of Mark and Martha Hutts.  She was married to  William Doherty and several years later after his death she became the bride of William Whitaker who lived in Montgomery County.  She had spent the most of her life in Montgomery and Fountain Counties before she moved to North Dakota. Mrs. Whitaker is a highly respected citizen in his county and has many friends that are grieved to hear of her death.  For 50 years of her life she lived among her childhood friends near Waynetown and Wallace.  Her second husband preceded her in death having succumbed in October 1920. The body will arrive in Crawfordsville Friday afternoon at 4:20 and will be taken to Waynetown immediately. Funeral services will be held at the Christian Union Church, five miles southwest of Waynetown on Saturday at 1:30.  The Rev. Cornelius Airhart of Crawfordsville will have charge of the services. Interment will be at the Waynetown Cemetery. She is survived by 8 children and 3 stepchildren.  Mrs. Henry Burk of Covington; Howard of Waynetown and William of Crawfordsville are the children that live near here. Others live in Minnesota, North Dakota and Canada. - kbz
